Stay connected to your guards every step of their route. The Tour feature lets security personnel log arrivals, departures, and control point check-ins with exact timestamps and GPS coordinates, creating an auditable record of all movements. When something requires immediate attention, guards can trigger an SOS alert with their precise location and optional photographic evidence, ensuring your monitoring center responds with full situational awareness. For routine patrols, the Alive Signal feature enforces periodic presence checks—guards must confirm their status at preset intervals, and any missed confirmation automatically generates an alert, catching emergencies before they escalate.

Real-time communication goes beyond simple notifications. Guards can send images, QR codes, text messages, and voice notes directly through the app, enabling rapid information sharing without delays. Whether documenting incidents, confirming security measures, or escalating concerns, all communications flow directly to your monitoring center with timestamps and location data attached.

Reliability is built into every alert. VigiControl uses multiple communication pathways—TCP/IP over WiFi and cellular networks (GPRS/LTE) as the primary method, with automatic SMS fallback if data connectivity fails. This redundancy ensures your critical security alerts reach the monitoring center even in areas with unstable internet service. GPS positioning may occasionally experience delays depending on location, but your SOS messages will reach their destination regardless.

The interface keeps essential functions at your fingertips: SOS for emergencies, Route for positional tracking, Alive Signal for presence verification, News for incident reporting, and Assign for task management. Each function is purpose-built for rapid field response without complexity.

Currently available in English, Spanish, Polish, and Portuguese, with additional languages coming soon, VigiControl integrates seamlessly with your existing monitoring provider's infrastructure. Note that the application requires an active connection to your electronic monitoring service provider's server to function. For security purposes, use the SOS option only during genuine emergencies; a dedicated test button verifies system functionality without triggering false alarms.
